Major Renovation

The Lora Bay Project began with a blank slate and was transformed into a welcoming space designed for enjoying time with friends and family. The project included the design-build of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one featuring a convenient Jack-and-Jill layout. A feature wall with a fireplace and a stylish wet bar were added to enhance the space’s warmth and modern aesthetic. The renovation also included pouring a concrete walk-out, providing a seamless connection to the outdoors. In addition to the basement transformation, Evolution completed a stunning upgrade to the upstairs with a completely redone fireplace. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to exceed the clients' expectations, leaving them delighted with a space they can truly enjoy and share with loved ones.
