The Custom New Build Project began with the demolition of an existing cottage, making way for a brand-new custom home built to better suit our clients' lifestyle. We expanded the original slab and constructed a thoughtfully designed 1,500 sq. ft. home featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept layout, and a 14-foot garage.
